  • Simply hit the book now button on our website (also linked on our socials) which will take you to our booking system. Select the category for you - new or existing client or a relaxation treatment – select what you’d like to book, find a date, and time that’s convenient for you, fill in any forms requested, select whether you’d like to pay a deposit or pay in full now and complete your booking.

  • Yes, a 20% deposit non-refundable deposit is taken for all bookings.

  • You may amend or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment with no extra charge. You can do this via the link on your confirmation email, or if you created an acuity account you can sign in and make changes to your bookings.

    However, as per our Booking Conditions, if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time, Waves Skin Therapy reserves the right to charge between 50% and 100% of the balance of the appointment cost to your debit/credit card.

  • Our studio is upstairs in the gorgeous Seven hairdressers. You can find our address and directions here. When you arrive, look straight ahead and to the right and you will see a doorway and a staircase ahead of that. Come on up the stairs and take a seat outside the studio and we’ll be with you at your appointment start time.

  • Our studio open Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

    Access to the studio is by appointment only as I work alone. If you haven questions please contact me via email or social media direct message.

  • We do! These are available to purchase from our booking page. Simply select your voucher, make payment and you will be emailed a Gift Voucher that you can forward on or print off for the lucky recipient. The Gift Voucher will include a code so they can redeem it when booking their appointment.

    Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against any treatment or product purchased from Waves Skin Therapy only.

    Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers

    Gift Vouchers must be used by the expiry date stated - these dates cannot be extended.

  • Absolutely! As all our treatments are bespoke, we can tailor them, so we don’t include any products that are potentially harmful. We do not recommend Skin Peels and Skin Needling when pregnant as your body is busy growing a human, your skin may not respond or heal in the way we’d like it to. But our Essential, Classic and Relaxation treatments are perfect for a pregnancy pamper, and we are always here to help you navigate any changes to your skin during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • Yes of course! Skin is skin, no matter what gender you are. Everyone is welcome at Waves.

  • No. We strongly advise any injectables are carried out by a registered medical practitioner. If you would like any recommendations for an aesthetic medical practitioner feel free to get in touch and we can give you some recommendations

  • We are insured to treat from the age of 12 upwards. If you are under 16 a Parent/Guardian must accompany you to your appointment. We have a Teen Consultation which is designed especially for our younger clients, where we not only go through the regular consultation process, but we also carry out a mini facial showing them how to carry out their skincare routine. Following consultation, if treatments are recommended, we’ll let you know which to book.
